CEP provide metering, billing and engineering services on several of our NHG sites and have always been very proactive, helpful, knowledgeable in helping resolve technical and engineering problems. The CEP billing team provide outstanding customer services to our residents and credit control team have also been very helpful and responsive in helping deal with any resident issues.
