If your bill has been estimated, please email a picture of your meter in order to confirm the current reading to MeterReadings@cepartners.co.uk along with confirmation of the date that the picture was taken. Your account will then be amended to reflect this reading.

Your next bill will show 'C' after the meter reading to reflect a 'Customer Read'.
Matching serial numbers ensure you are being billed correctly.
If the serial numbers do not match you could be receiving another customer's bill and could potentially be overcharged.

Most meters are located in the utility cupboard of each apartment inside, or next to, the Heat Interface Unit (HIU).
Residents can manually read their meters by lifting off the HIU white metal case to reveal the meter. Some HIU covers have a viewing window so the meter can be read.
Please take care if you intend to remove your HIU cover as it is quite heavy and the edges may be sharp. You will require protective equipment such as gloves and additional assistance.
If your meter is not located here it may not be accessible; however, if we have any specific details regarding your development you will be able to find them via the Find your Development page.
